By requesting an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, location, and scheduling information. Appointment times may change because of weather, travel, vehicle condition, or earlier jobs. We will communicate material scheduling changes when possible.

The Nagare Mobile Detail service messaging program, operated by Joshumi Technologies LLC, provides appointment confirmations and reminders, technician en-route and arrival notifications, scheduling or weather-related updates, customer care about requested services, and post-service feedback or review requests.

By entering your mobile number and actively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you agree to receive recurring automated or manual text messages from Nagare Mobile Detail concerning those services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation, deposit, or payment policies disclosed during booking also apply.
