SMS Messaging Program

Customers may optionally and expressly opt in to receive recurring automated or manual text messages from Nagare Mobile Detail. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician en-route and arrival notifications, scheduling or weather-related updates, customer-care communications about requested services, and post-service feedback or review requests.

Message frequency varies based on appointments and customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Mobile Information and Messaging Consent

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information and messaging consent are used only to operate the Nagare Mobile Detail messaging program described above.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
