By requesting an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, location, and scheduling information. Appointment times may change because of weather, travel, vehicle condition, or earlier jobs. We will communicate material scheduling changes when possible.
SMS Terms
By entering your mobile number and actively selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive automated text messages from Nagare Mobile Detail concerning appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, scheduling delays, customer care, and post-service feedback requests.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the vehicle and service location and for disclosing conditions that may affect the service.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation, deposit, or payment policies disclosed during booking also apply.
